WAYS WE CONNECT

We are proud of our diverse congregation. Starmount is made up of different races, generations and backgrounds and all have different talents to offer the church. This diversity makes it easy for members to find a group to serve and worship God in fellowship and continue to broaden our knowledge of the Bible and its applications in today’s society. Church-wide fellowship activities include regular meetings like Just Lunch or Wonderful Wednesdays, and planned outings to local events like Grasshoppers’ baseball games or Music in the Park. Our smaller fellowship groups come in all shapes and sizes with activities that are truly as diverse as the congregation itself. In circle groups, bible studies, Sunday School classes and dinner groups, our members support each other as they grow in faith and fellowship.

“A member of our Bible study complimented another for how he had been an example by living out his faith in everyday ways. It was a reminder that faith formation isn’t always a product of study, but of people learning from each other’s daily example.”       – Rev. Nate Sell
