“Out of the Chair” Gentle Yoga:
Thursdays, 11:30-12:30 p.m.
Fridays, 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
Sundays, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Restorative Co-ed Yoga:
Ideal for adults of all ages with stiff or achy joints.

Group gathers at Porterhouse Burger Company from 8pm-10pm on the first Wednesday of the month. All ages are welcome for fellowship and lively bible study discussions.
One Church; One Book
This fellowship opportunity seeks to join the church around the reading and discussion of one book. Some of the recent books which have been considered are Hundred Dollar Holiday, Wine to Water and Still Alice. Extra copies of the selected book are available in the library.
All who wish gather at a local restaurant for lunch immediately following worship on the third sunday of each month. A selected Starmount member serves as host each month, selecting the restaurant where everyone will pay their own way, enjoying fellowship with one another over the meal.
Groups are formed for monthly gatherings based on interest. It is a way of getting to know others in the church family while breaking bread together.
Starmount takes day trips periodically to fun places within the great state of North Carolina – previous trips have included a Christmas tour of Reynold House, Tea at the Carolina Inn, the Billy Graham Library, and the North Carolina Museum of Art.
